To provide the best experience and for the safety of your child, only one parent or authorized adult may accompany each child into the clinic for their hygiene and/or treatment appointments. We ask that parents act as silent observers during visits, allowing the doctor and assistant to be the primary communicators with your child. Each appointment includes dedicated time for parents to discuss concerns, ask questions, and receive guidance from our team, ensuring you have all the information you need.
To help your child feel even more comfortable, we offer Little Red’s Bravery Boosters—a collection of fidgets, blankets, and other tools designed to encourage bravery and make visits a positive experience. If your child struggles with high anxiety or has additional sensory needs, please reach out to us before your appointment. We want each visit to be successful and as stress-free as possible for both you and your child.
When Your Child Needs to be Seen on Their OwnFor certain appointments, parents or caregivers cannot be present during treatment. This allows our team to focus fully on your child’s safety and care, and we will do our best to inform you ahead of these appointments. These appointment types include but are not limited to:
Siblings are not permitted in any clinic areas except for infants in carriers. We want your child to be our sole focus during their appointment, and other siblings in the room detract from that focus and create potential safety issues with our equipment. Our waiting room is designed to be a fun, comfortable space for siblings with books, toys, and activities to enjoy while your child is in treatment. Any exceptions to this policy are at doctor's and staff discretion on a visit-by-visit basis, and must be arranged PRIOR to the appointment.
